Amazon SE DNA - Sinaaaay - 07-29-2023

Hi everyone, just wanted to know if I buy an Iphone 14 pro max, select the locker pickup, claim DNA after taking it.
They will probably ask me a PR ? I just have to go to the police center and make the plaint, I’m right ?
After that they have to refund me normally ?

they will tell u that nobody answers the phone when they try to confirm the pr calling the police.

Yes that's what's supposed to happen. Go ahead and file the police report and see what happens.

You shouldn't file these reports excessively, although this is common sense.

So, just tried to order the phone but amazon blocked my account and canceled the order.

Anyone know what’s the reason of that ? the using of a fresh account ? I’m linked with an other account ?’

if you have had an account banned before with that address then possibly was linked. Did they say they closed your account or it's on hold pending submission of billing statement.


Also a fresh account and your first purchase being 1k will always get your account put on hold,

It was on hold but after submission of billing statement they closed it…
And yeah I know but I don’t have an aged account so I had to do with it.

Okay so I tried MEB and they asked me for a PR, I don’t know what can I do because the police station told me that it’s not their responsibility and Amazon stay adamant with the PR.

@mothered what can I do next ?

I personally would never hit Amazon with pr again because the last time I did this, I made a PR and they asked me to wait for 40 days because the PR is pending. Then I waited for that long and they're like you need to call the specialist team. Then they told me a refund was issued but it turned out not, then I went thru this loop again. So I basically spent hours on SEing a $300 order.... Fk Amazon

u gotta make the police understand that this is a criminal case, and you're the victim of the shop/carrier/someone here and make them determine who stole the item you've paid for,
just change the station and try again, if they act stupid again escalate to the chief of the station
