WFH Home or Office? - Jiggly - 06-30-2023
Do you prefer working from home or in an office?
I assume most people on this board would be into home working due to the nature of some of the careers people have, but it's still a very office-based world for a lot of businesses.
Which do you prefer?
I like Hybrid working. You can get a couple days where you can do some face to face stuff when you need it, but ultimately do most work from home in your own, peaceful environment (unless you have young children at home of course).

Commute time sucks. Even if it's only 30 minutes each way, it feels like such wasted time.

I'd say home, though working in-person maintains discipline. For some people, the freedom of working from home is too much.

Discipline is a great point. If your boss is 3 feet away it can be a great thing for accountability.
Some people get easily distracted too.

This! Although some places I've been have gone so casual with their dress-code post-covid that PJs would actually be more appropriate than what some ladies have been turning up to work in.. my god.
