SUCCESS Apple EB - Fagottino89 - 06-19-2023
Hi everybody
I want to share my recent experience with apple. Bought an Iphone 14 and when was delivered I claimed EB. It took me some pictures of the empty box and 15 minutes of sad call with the rep, then the refund was approved. It shocked me the way was easy, I am wondering if they loosen up as last year.
I am trying again on another name and address etc. will keep u updated with the results.
Anyone else having it so easy?

No, but there was only one item bought and was a pair of airpods, so not even that expensive. The new one I am trying is on a new account. We will see what will happen, I will keep u updated

for those who have successful se try to wait a bit before turning it on or selling or i would see wait atleast few weeks if u had to file a PR

Oh yes I am waiting a good bit before to turn it on, I will see with the other phone how it goes as well.

Ok so just to be clear...using the iPhone now and connecting it to your Icloud and main account is a big NO right?
