Hey, long story short. I bought an Apple watch on a new Amazon.de account on March and after it got dispatched from Amazon.de warehouse, I got my account closed OFM. So I got two options, decline the delivery and the package would be returned to Amazon.de or get it from the packstation and then get my account unlocked for 48 hours to make the return. So I chose to just refuse the delivery and waited till some time that it would be picked up from the packstation and sent back to Amazon.de.
So the problem is that it was sent on June 5th from my country to Germany, Amazon.de warehouse. And the tracking doesn't update anymore because the courier only manages parcels in my country and not abroad. I had a chat and a call, but different opinions, one say's that tracking will not be updated after it will be delivered to Amazon, another say's that it will be. Of course it could be already delivered and just waiting for Amazon worker to get it sort it out, but I can't know for sure. I did write to Amazon and got and email saying that they see from the tracking that it got refused and getting delivered back to their warehouse. After it's delivered it can take up to 14 days to get it sort it out.
So I am just stressing too much and they are just too slow? Maybe somebody has similar experience and knows how fast or how slow they are working in the warehouse or could my package be still in transit?

I had a similar situation on amzcom and they didn't ref me, it was a $50 item, it's been over a month but no money.

Ahh, I am still waiting, if I get near the 30 days mark, where they said that I need to contact the carrier then. I would just do a chargeback with my bank. Like in tracking it's say that it was sent to destination country. So it's not my problem, I didn't take the package, it's says that for a fact in the tracking.

I had similar issue, but I actually returned the item, because I ordered the wrong one, didn't try to SE. After 2 months I realized that I haven't gotten the refund, I just chatted with support and they made me fill the details as usual for FTID se.

My account is closed OFM. And I refused it in legit way. After 30 days it's say that I have to contact the carrier. But the carrier from which I got the package, the tracking is only available in my country. Like they just sent the parcel back to Germany with another carrier as I understand.

it's been 15 days since ama com received my package from legit RTS. I heard they are doing really weird, weird things with returns recently; not refunding people money for legit returns. weird.

I had same situation (without ofm) with amazon es, dhl send back the merchandise but using an other tracking number.

And how much time did you waited? I had a call with the carrier, so yeah, they said if after like 30 days passes and I don't get the refund from Amazon.de I just have to do a chargeback, because they definitely send it and it has to be in the Amazon warehouse already.
