Failed eb on Lego - SpIKeR - 04-12-2023
I dont udnerstand why I got this answer when I refunded lego the same way before. Anyone know how to move forward ?
No worries. I've had a quick word with my supervisor here. We do confirm the weights of all our parcels before they leave the warehouse and as yours did match the expected weight for the order, we won't be able to refund or reship the items. If you did want to get your money back you will need to dispute the charge directly with your bank
UPDATE :
I decided to return the order and try SE with the correct method as advised DNA.

Your method should have never worked to begin with. Lego is heavy and they obviously weigh the package, and you say it’s missing something. Pretty hard to believe. Should’ve went with DNA or WIR.

Also u could ask them why they wont give u a refund but insentivize you to start a bank dispute for one

That's not an answer to the question... If the weight is above 120 grams, its very unlikely you can still succeed this SE.

Howerever I'd like to know why has it worked in the past ? is it just that they didn't care and they got raped now or sum ?
