HP Omen Laptop 17 - RMA Italy - EvergreeD - 04-07-2023
Yooooooooooo guys
I bought a 17 inch hp omen laptop but couldn't get the label from amazon, so I'll have to legally return it.
But before doing that I want to try an RMA with HP, any advice on how to do that?
Experiences?
Probably the best method is Ftid on DHL

Because good ftid works wonders. It is a waste of time for traditional methods, which are also not certain.

what you suggest for an RMA?
I'll return legally the laptop to amazon today, for this reason i wanna FTID the RMA.
Any better working suggest?

As such, It's not the method that's responsible for the outcome, but rather those who struggle to spell their own name that allow It to (somehow) succeed. Traditional methods rely on the effectiveness of their formulation & application, as opposed to the so-called flawed FTID that relies on the stupidity, Incompetency, mismanagement and laziness of warehousing & carrier personnel.

I'm in the same boat, but I've already gotten an RMA label with UPS.
Do you know anyone really reliable and serious who can do a FTID or LIT for this RMA from HP?

Hi guys!
Finaly they respond me after the investigation from UPS.
After nearly a month, a FTID (done right) ups told hp that it tracked the package and reported that the package was empty, and that it was an attempted fraud.
They dismissed me with a simple email reporting this news, eventually saying that HP would not provide any compensation or replacement.
I remember for those who have not followed the story that I made an RMA on a laptop serial number.
Of course I have the laptop with me, I was hoping they would send me one.
What do you suggest I do at this point?
I've already requested proof of what they say.
Do I keep pressing them?
