Apple help - Jm.786 - 04-05-2023

Wanting to know what would be the best method well with the highest success rate for Apple, I have been milking Amazon for the past three weeks and have run out of aged accounts so wondering if EB or DNA would be good for Apple

Doesn't apple offer 1 courtesy refund if you ask them for it? If youre gonna do a iphone make sure no signature or picture taken and then ask them about the courtesy refund If its an aged account I think they'll offer it don't quote me on it wait for someone else to confirm it.

Macbook from what I know the possible method you could do is a DNA, ask for a courtesy refund. If there is another im not sure wait till someone else confirms. When are you going to order the macbook?

Macbook from what I know the possible method you could do is a DNA, ask for a courtesy refund. If there is another im not sure wait till someone else confirms. When are you going to order the macbook?

Will order it once I get further confirmation of a method that has a high success rate.

Damaged EB but i’d play it safe because they’ve definitely cracked down on it ran another two this week and both accounts were banned and it was a headache to get the refund.

Had the accounts both temporarily reinstated for 48 hours then the reps were both braindead saying that they had to escalate and assumed that I had the phones even though my claims were EB and they basically made me run round in circles

Do note that In terms of the latter, they may ask you to deal directly with the carrier, so don't take such nonsense onboard.

If they ask me to deal with the courier directly should I press them to deal with it directly?

Where I live they leave packages in the reception and the security are not allowed to sign for packages
