Walmart DNA - Dazen4xx - 03-20-2023

I want to do a walmart DNA for a 800 laptop. Ive done a FTID on a old acc a year ago so I would be using a fresh one. Would this work or that is too much to DNA without PR. If not would a 300$ item work for a DNA?

The nature of the DNA triggers a PR a lot more often than not.

Anything under $499.99 does not require a PR.

I'm pretty sure It's still the case at the time of this post.

So if I DNA someone small like a camera around $400 would it go through as instant refund? or something like a GPU I would make sure its sold and shipped by amazon

You need to make sure it's under 500, tax factored in as well. Also needs to be sold and shipped by Walmart. If it's fresh it might not be instant, but it's highly likely it'll go through eventually.

Okay I dont mind waiting as long as there is no PR required ill also follow those guidelines as well.

No.

Just because you don't file a PR, It doesn't mean the claim will be approved.

Yes my bad I meant walmart. And I was hoping to do a DNA of something small that wouldnt require a PR or maybe a EB on a small item like a phone

All good, no problem at all.

They require a PR for anything over $499.99.

Too heavy to EB.

RE: Walmart DNA - Dazen4xx - 03-22-2023

Okay I was going to do a Camera Or CPU around $430 after tax and try for sold and shipped by walmart. Would the DNA be easier with these smaller items? Could I claim EB for the CPU or Camera? which method is easier for which item?

Okay so I was going to do a CPU for around $430 sold and shipped by Walmart on fresh acc. Should I do a DNA or EB which one is the better option.

Is the CPU visible externally?
