I think adidas is very rep based so if you dont get a successful outcome just start a new chat and hope for a better rep.

They used to require signature but now I don't have to sing dhl/ups driver sing it themselves,no pictures taken in my country

Checked email yesterday now that I'm home and 2 adidas emails for an empty envelope return. Only $60 gift card but I've been keeping and then returning nothing and 2 weeks later get the gift card buy something then return an envelope again.
I used a new account bought $250
First return off that account was a FedEx refund on scan same day.
The last 4? have been 2 week wait period and then email shows up with gift card.
Going to open new account with bigger order soon so i can empty envelope for awhile.
Some people here don't believe me some say return on scan has been dead but if everyone thinks that then that means almost no one is trying that method or any method there,
Give it a try with $100 order if your woried or don't and i'll wear free Adidas clothes the rest of m,y life like Jonathan Davis from Korn did after the song A.D.I.D.A.S

They're pretty prone to EB, too. I have heard they send C&D/Rebills, but I have no idea. Gotten away with it a number of times. DNA's are much harder with them.
