New SE’er with ASOS - ChanneledMs - 03-15-2023
Hello everyone, I’m just beginning my SE journey and was looking for some insight or maybe tips. I was attempting DNA with ASOS on a $200 item(shoes), a 1 item order., with a aged account, legit purchases on account & no Past SE. I recently checked the tracking and they listed it in my parcel locker. I know ASOS is a bit trickier just by reading through threads here and so I was going to attempt to say that blood was on the shoes since I wasn’t sure how I would circumvent the parcel locker situation. @mothered

HAHA. I don’t know if I read some bullshit but I’ve read that leaked blood can be a reason for a company to deny accepting a return since it’s bio-hazardous and it could be of a ‘criminal matter’. I asked since I had no idea.

I’m new but I’m not dumb. Saying that box is damaged is going to escalate automatically to a carrier investigation. I guess I’ll just keep watching this thread and see what others have to say.

I thought ASOS was quite easy to DNA, and it didn't go to investigation if it was your first hit to the address.

My issue here is I want to DNA it, but it’s in a locked parcel box(my regular mailbox from local USPS) and I have to use a assigned key from my mailbox to open the parcel box with my item(shoes) in it. Do you know if they (ASOS) will contact USPS if they see it marked as delivered in parcel locker if I claim it Did Not Arrive?

I figured this would be a easy DNA since ASOS always leaves packages on porch in big ass bags that say ‘ASOS’. Instead of the porch this time, they put it in my residential parcel locker.

DNA maybe seems good with these
