Hello dear sinister.li members.

I'm seeking for assistance on how to successfully get a refund from Amazon.es. I've had legit orders on my amazon business account, over 1000 EUR with a lot of different orders.

I would like to refund a GPU using the wrong item received

After researching on this forum, some doubts arose regarding the process. Since I am using Amazon.es, the order may potentially be shipped from a different European warehouse rather than the Spanish one. In my previous experiences, I have ordered from Amazon.es and received shipments from other countries, such as Germany.

My concern is, if I purchase two items on Amazon.es - a GPU weighing 2 kilos and a tool box for example weighing 2 kilos from amazon.es and the GPU comes from spain and the tool box from germany , would I still be able to initiate a refund claiming that I received the wrong item?

I assume when I buy from amazon spain and the order comes from germany, that it comes from amazon germany, since the item is sold and shipped by amazon.

*What I can try to do, is to buy both the GPU and the toolbox with an estimated shipping time of the next day, then I believe they will both come from Spain.

In short, both the original Item and the wrong Item must come from the same Inventory In Amazon.

Perhaps it is impossible to predict this? What I can try to do, is to see some GPU that has the estimated time of delivery, the same as the second item. Because here in Europe, I think even if I buy from amazon.es, they can ship from amazon.de or amazon.nl. Because I already bought some items from amazon.es and they came from netherland or germany for example.

I will still try DNA, but almost everything I have received from amazon, came by DPD with OTP, out of curiosity, they delivered an order from another client to me.

Just to clarify one small thing, when I receive the two items, 1 in each different address, I put the "wrong" item inside the "right" package, correct?

Or if you have any other method for amazon, I would like to hear, I have aged account and a lot of orders, I don't know if it matters, but is also amazon business account.

If you order both Items from the same Amazon domain, It's fine - It will be deducted from their Inventory, regardless of where they decide to ship the goods.

The OTP Is the Issue when hitting Amazon.

In such a case, another method must be used.

That Is correct, but don't mention anything about the packaging - only say you've received a wrong Item to what was originally ordered.

"If" they check with their accounts department, they'll see that the order wasn't previously Invoiced, hence you're the original buyer.

What about the used items on Amazon? Like pre-owned?

Are you referring to Amazon Warehouse Deals?
