Hello sir, my plan is to proceed this way:
I will order an iphone or a laptop( I am skeptical about buying an apple product as I know they have the imei and they can get tracked and i dont want to get an icloud blocked device)

So lets say i order a gaming laptop from amazon.de My friend Andrew that lives two street from me will order an product that weights pretty much the same but he will place the order 2 days before mine, so when i will get the gaming laptop I will open a claim about geting andrews item instead, so if they ask me to send back the item it will be from their inventory.In this situation andrew can simply ignore them if they try to contact them.What do you say about that?Do you think amazon s cctv will be a problem?tia

Amazon doesn't have CCTV.

If they did, the WIR and PEB methods will fail, but they continue to succeed.

At the time of this post, you're safe to use the WIR, EB and PEB with Amazon.

Also one more question, do you think buying an account with orders in other country will give me a better chance istead of using a fresh acc or just will increase the risk of failing due to using different info for the new order than the previous owner used?
