Empty Box Method - siro_fr - 03-07-2023

I'm receiving earbuds from Bose.

For the Empty Box, should I say the whole product box is missing or that the earbuds (with charging box) are mlssing ?

question related to this eb: just called with rep and claimed eb.
he said that he will send a replacement and also asked me to make a pic of the empty box and send it to boses technical support email.
is this standard procedure?

It's typical of many companies to either request photos of the empty box, or return It.

Yea I sent a picture, and they replied back confirming a new set is on its way Smile
Why they would need a picture of an empty box is beyond me.

Logic has It a photo will suffice, but given It's (seemingly) a manufacturer error, they require the box for physical proof of nonreceipt of goods.

Which country did you buy the Bose earbuds from (bose.de bose.fr ) ? Did you also contact them by email?
