IMEI NEEDED FOR PR - bluebeam - 02-27-2023
Hi, I just went to the gendarmerie station to make a police report for the empty box method on amazon and the policeman asked me to come back in 5 hours with the IMEI of the iphone 14 in question to be able to continue the police report.
I'm going to give him the IMEI of an iphone 14 found on leboncoin.fr what do you think?

Tell him that you obviously don't have the phone, hence you cannot provide the IMEI.

The IMEI is on the box of the phone so I can't negotiate.

Was probably an EB if I were to guess, so the IMEI would be on the box. If you tried to EB you should probably bail/try another police station and try saying it was a DNA.

I will bring back the image of the so-called box of my phone but it will be an image of leboncoin with the IMEI of another phone I think I won't have any problem doing that, the policeman told me that in my case he was making a police report only to help me for a refund because in any case it is not penal.

UPDATE: I photoshopped the picture of the box of my iphone I replaced the IMEI of my iphone by the one of another found on leboncoin and it passed. I got my police report.
