Nike - EB - €174.99 - DAMESIKURVA - 02-17-2023
Greetings!
A couple of days ago I ordered a really lovely warm jumper for myself, it was supposed to come today. It did but with one exception, the driver for some damn reason didn't deliver the package to me, but he left it at the nearest UPS point where I picked it up, that means that DNA was done for me and I had to go with the EB/PEB method.
Now this was my first Nike SE attempt and I had already called them with this matter, but there were some complications. The representative instantly declined my claim in the next following hour saying that they have checked on some very serious matter and found out that the item was delivered just fine, I still wonder how exactly was the investigation going. He clicked on my tracking number and saw delivered or how exactly did he manage to check with everything?
Well I didn't let myself be stopped there and I went on their live chat to bother them once again, this time the representative told me that she will be escalating my team to their senior team and will be taking this case very seriously from now, so I have to wait for another 3-5 days, do you guys think I have some chances of winning this case with my EB claim and getting the refund on my account? Or should I not let my hopes get too high?

Did you order just one item e.g. the jumber and told them the box is empty or did you order some more items on the side?

I ordered only one item, but in the future, I now realize that it might be better to buy something on the side, so it's not as suspicious.

Yeah it's definitely heavy, but I saw people getting away with 2kgs and stuff so I have to be lucky, otherwise, I will legit return and try DNA since it's much better for Nike, for EB you have to get some luck involved.

As It stands now, Nike Is not consistent with Its claims management, which Is why some SEs fail and others under the exact same circumstances succeed. My post Is based on a thorough assessment.

Ok, so to let you updated my claim has been declined by Nike so I don't think any kind of additional treatment to this case is needed, I will go ahead and return the item. Thanks everyone for their time.

I ordered in August as I said 13 times and in every order there were 2 pairs of airforce 1 I always wrote EB and the package weighed more than 2.3 kg , I succeeded 10 times out of these 13 and out of these 10 I had only 3 times investigation which also succeeded

Refund successful , just today I got a refund the package weighed 1.2 KG and after 2 days I received information about the refund, eb method in the shipment 1 pair of nike trail 4 gore tex shoes
