wrong item method - qdra - 02-12-2023
Hello everyone,
Maybe someone knows...
1. If i buy 14 inch laptop is it important that donor laptop should be same size (14 inch) and the same weight ( max 120g difference)?
2. If i buy two expensive phones can i change them with two cheap ones? Or wrong item method only works with one item?

1. I think the overall size of the laptop in box would matter, but not that much. The weights must be very close though!
2. I'd say it's quite unlikely that your order got messed up two times, i.e. someone packed two wrong items in one package. On the other hand, I wouldn't say it's significantly more unlikely than one incorrect item in your package, so if you're feeling a bit brave then go for it.

In terms of the weight, allow for a 100-120 gram variance.

It's unlikely a picking & packing error was made with 2 Items on the one order.

And to change laptop the donor has to be also laptop or anything from computing category? There is now same weight laptop or the dimensions are too big....

Any Item from the same category/department will suffice.

I want to buy mb pro 14 from amz. but there is no donor. Either weight is too light or donor has to be bigger and then the dimensions is too big for shipping box. ( i talking about donors for reasonable price)
