iPhone 14 SE DNA - Darkcore - 02-07-2023

Hi I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max and it should be arriving today I’m planning to DNA it.Bought directly from apple.My question is,what if they require signature but I made it as if my house has nobody so they would just leave the package there.Would it be perfect to DNA it?

Do note that Apple tend to release themselves from liability, thereby ask you to deal directly with the carrier.

Update for certain reasons I had to collect the package and fake sign it,the carrier took photo of the phone and the house of me holding it.I just called apple saying that “upon receiving the package it was empty” what is the success rate of me getting a refund.

What method would you suggest for EU Apple ?

Hello, I have the same question, tomorrow I will be collecting my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I have extreme problems of finding a refunder for EU, I was thinking of EB since it is 80/20 success rate for EU Apple but are there any better options for me?

The wrong Item received works well, but I've had reports of CCTV cameras In place, so do your research to see whether It's the case.

Hey I claimed empty box over the phone call and this morning they asked me to take pictures of the missing items should I just take picture of the package and claim that the whole iPhone box is missing or should I open the box and take out the iPhone and say that only the phone was missing but the box and charger was there @mothered

I claim that upon opening the package it was empty no apple box or whatsoever but is over a phonecall the rep could just misheard me.which would have a higher success rate tho? EB OR MEB

The phone Is too heavy for both methods, but the MEB obviously has a higher success rate.
