Goat Refunding DNA - JXN - 02-06-2023

Has anyone got any experience with refunding goat through a DNA (preferably AUS). Also if you have any helpful info regarding Goat refunding DNA Claims.. Looking to DNA $300 AUD Dunks. Cheers

Not only that, but most Importantly this:

They've cleverly worded It In a way that they can refuse to credit accounts for any reason they see fit.

Let’s say i did go ahead with dna on goat and they refused a refund, would paypal side with goat or myself? or would that depend on the circumstances?

PayPal tends to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation.

Be carful with GOAT and DNA, when ive ordered from them ive always had to pay additonal fees when delivering, this could invalidate the DNA

I did not proceed with goat instead i went to ebay to dna a big reseller store on ebay, ebay is now requesting a stat dec.. am i able to write it all down myself (forge it) or do i have to legitimately go to a jp

I’m not really wanting to file a stat dec so my other two options would be to 1. File a report with aus post and hope they reimburse the amount of the shoes (if that’s possible) or 2. file a charge back with my bank. if i have to file a stat dec, what happens as i have never filed one before.

A stat dec Is not legally binding on Its own, so don't forge It.

Have It signed In the presence of an authorized witness - police officer, doctor, pharmacist, etc.
