Hello,
If Amazon asks me a Police report but the account is with a different name, how can I do to make this report correctly ?
My ID will be given to the police for report and I can't lie about that, so how can I resolve that ?
Amazon will take the report even if it's on an other name than account ?

Put simply, your account details must match that of the police report.

@mothered how can I resolve the problem if they ask me finally a PR when I use a different name account to order on the same website ?
I do DNA and it worked well, so I want to begin it with several different accounts. What can you advice me in that please?

There's nothing you can do to force them to accept It.

@mothered what method do you think that I can do then to SE a lot of books ? Because I ordered 40 books now to do DNA but they will arrive in 2 or 3 boxes.
And, can you tell me if DNA is possible when I receive 2 or 3 boxes of items (in same time or separately) at home?

Because I don’t understand if they say ask me to return the damaged books or show them the pictures ?

@mothered Is it possible to do damaged package method and then a DNA for the next of items bought ? won't it be suspicious if I do both methods ?
Furthermore, I wasn't at home during the deliver, the one book is staying at the post office now. Which method can I do for this one ? Or should I get it without refund and do easily a DNA for the next items in process of delivery ?

This is why you don't order 40 books because it gets split up into many orders. Same thing with clothes. You can mitigate it somewhat by picking the fast shipping possible but your better off making multiple smaller orders with like 10 books.
But since you already did it you can say one package was DNA and the other was damaged or wrong books.
Send back a bunch of books you have laying around and say they sent you the wrong ones.
If all else fails use the method with a 80%+ success rate. The almighty Chargeback my personal favorite.
And read mothered's blog posts! He puts a lot of work into them!
