Sennheiser momentum 3 EB? - BitPlayer - 01-25-2023
Just bought Sennheiser momentum 3 earbuds and going to do manufacturer’s EB.
The manufacturer’s box weighs 249g inclusive of the earbuds and charging case. The buds are only 12g and the charging case is 66g.
So, should I claim both the buds and case were missing - combined weight of 78g? Or just the buds?

This was a success. EB claim (no buds or case). No photo requested or return of the box. Supposed “affidavit” required but this was just written confirmation of missing items (nothing about legally binding etc). Refund issued 2 days later.
