Is the wrong item should be at the same weight of the wanted item ?
I want to do a wrong item with Apple for a MacBook Pro but I don't know by what to refund ?

thank you but in more of weight, the item should be similar too ? like a computer against an other computer or we can take other thing at the same weight ?

I forgot to ask you if the wrong item can be in 2 pieces to try to get the same weight than the first item to SE ? or it should be only one item for one other please ? Thank you!

It's highly unlikely a picking & packing error occurred on the same order containing only two Items.

I found a laptop but there is almost 1 kg of difference, is it ok for you ?
furthermore, do you think that they can detect my fake account if I call them to ask my claim with my own phone number ?

How frustrating mothered must feel. He writes up long detailed guides that take probably the whole day and no one can be bothered to read more than a sentence and would rather just ask him what to do.

How do you know that I don't read the blog of mothered ? If I ask a question, it's because I don't find a response.. And on the blog, it's written to be close to the same weight, but until what weight we can play the wrong item ? so I want to be sure before doing this method. And If you know it, you could answer to my questions instead of judging members.
