Just a quick question. Received my headset today. Wondering if i should say that the yodel cardboard box was empty or that the meta box was empty? Thanks

It shouldn't matter, but most people I've seen have gone with the package received from the courier was empty.

Be interested to find out whether or not Meta blacklist the device after you EB, was very keen to do this but didn't want any issues selling it.

I'd just state the box was empty and leave it up to the rep to ask any further questions.

According to the multiple success stories they don't. But recently one guy had the bad idea of activating it before finishing the refund and they noticed it, so just wait till you got the refund and then it's ok

I'm amazed this is still working. A package genuinely being an empty box is pretty rare, you'd think they'd twig after thousands are suddenly turning up empty.

You don't have to tell them it's been tampered, in fact, the package looked completely fine and that's why you accepted it
