Question about DNA - Georgesalo - 01-05-2023

Hello 4 weeks ago I tried to SE Nike with dna method , told them that the order marked as delivered but I haven’t received yet, the rep told me to contact my local carrier (ups delivers to local carriers to deliver in small towns) and she said if they don’t find anything contact us again,,,I did a legit return because I didn’t know what to do, what to do in situations like this when they tell you to contact courier company?

It's not your responsibility to deal with the carrier - the company does It by opening an external Investigation.

You've purchased from the company, and that's who you communicate with.

Yes contact Nike and tell them your delivery company told you to contact Nike again.

Yes contact Nike and tell them your delivery company told you to contact Nike again.

do you think will work? Any other idea?

Obviously contact Nike.

As said, It's not your responsibility to deal with the carrier - the company does It.

So I contact them again today, they asked me if I want to start an investigation to find my package I said yes and the rep said will keep me update!!!!
What do you think? Are they actually gonna investigate my case?

Yes they will Investigate, by contacting the carrier and collecting & cross-checking Information such as GPS/tracking details, verification on receipt of goods etc.
