Help with amazon police report, anybody can make it? - Gelbux - 01-04-2023
I tried rts (worse method ever) and fail cause mismatch tracking info, amazon cs denied any claim and refund after a month of claiming. I contact executive and told me to fill police report to get refund, the main problem here in my country, don't exist police report as amazon want, so i need fake one, somebody could help me to make it? i can pay of course for good one

Faking the police report would be useless; Amazon cross checks the police report by having a rep call the police station. At least they do here in North America.
Not to mention, the penalties for forging a police report can be terrible for you. Since RTS completely fucked you over in the sense that you claim you didn't receive the item, you can't even return it legitimately.
I'm not sure, maybe mothered can chime in here with some next steps for you.

Ok listen, you may be in a different Country or what not, but laws are basically the same all around. The big business is telling you that to file a Police Report in order to deter you. Since when did your or my local Police work for Amazon or any of those places. What crime occured that requires the Police to come or you to go and waste their time. If a product does not arrive, you didn't posess it, so it's not theft or burglary, if it's the wrong item or empty box, that's a civil matter. If an item is shipped from one country to the next country, how are the local Police going to investigate that, and what jurisdiction do they have , and they would have to be really bored and not busy to even try to track down your item. Simply put, your job is to pick the item and provide funds for it. Amazon is supposed to deliver it to you, and if they use a different delivery company that's on them. Majority of the time, there's no crime at all, and your local Police may do an assist citizen or type of call, but there's nothing they can do. Now if you can get a simple case number from your local PD, some will do it by phone, internet, walk in, and provide you with a case number. But you are not going to want to walk in every month or week for another case number, because you will permanently have a paper trail......
***What the multi - billion dollar company says is not always the truth. They are combating this by a deterring you with waiting a d jumping through hoops. And I have not seen proof that Amazon checks your Police Report, they say they do, but do they. Can you call up your local Police Department and verify and incident, not by phone for free, you can come in and pay their fees maybe for looking it up or obtaining a copy, but Amazon would have to pay and no police Departments give out information so freely like that. So does that make sense? If you have any questions DM or post again and I will try and answer your questions.
Remember, most Police Departments are very busy and don't and won't take a report for a non crime, and it's vital not to waste their time because Amazon wants more hoops for you! Tell them that, and keep telling Amazon that. Could you imagine if one city did take reports and another didn't so all those customers would be screwed? No, not happening.

Most Police Departments you can't just call an ask for confirmation about anything, no usually you have to walk in and pay, or order by phone or internet, but there's a fee and form filled out. Amazon doesn't do that.
So what are next step if he wants success?

They call the police station and confirm the police report was filed. They have done this to me personally, and I also know many people who experience the same.
What was the report for? Meaning what action or crime was committed? And where did they get the number from to call?
I can confirm that they say the do, but they don't actually do it. And that most Law Enforcement Agencies will not tell anyone that over the phone, without filing out a form and paying the fee.
As long as the method works, it doesn' t matter, right?
