What did you say to the rep? What was the rep's reply? Which apple watch?

RE: Apple SE fail help - Waifuu - 12-31-2022

You can probably box them (send an empty box to the prescribed return address), and Paypal should side with you.

Investigation took ages and they concluded that they are not liable and will not refund
They are liable for missing goods that "they" supply to buyers In their factory state.

Tell them to justify the grounds on which they're releasing themselves from liability.

They are totally liable for Empty Boxes. They haven't changed their terms.

I have tried for 3 weeks now it seems they have changed but my question is since PayPal will side with them could I still return this without getting myself into trouble or raising the fact that I claimed it was never in the box
It should cover it, I just checked PP terms on buyer conditions.
