Help ! Nike refund - Kikibosum - 12-29-2022

Hello, let me explain the situation

I recently ordered a pair of Nike shoes (125€) and a pair of Nike socks on their app (I'm from France), for my first refund and it's a fresh account.

At first I thought I could try a partial method for the pair of shoes, but having discovered this forum, I think the DNA method is more appropriate.

I have been trying to find a way to get my shoes delivered to my home address. Can I try a DNA method even if I have signed for the package or not? In France, you just sign the parcel, no photo or anything else as I have seen. Thank you for your help!

DNA is a good method even with a signature. This is because you can easily fake one so they can't comfirm 100% that the parcel was delivered to you personally.

If tomorrow on the phone, they claim an investigation to be able to refund me, do I hang up right away or do I let the investigation take place?

An investigation is a completely normal occurance during the DNA. Just let them do their investigation and be cooperative towards them. You have nothing to fear.

Hello all,
Some news : The package arrived this morning, but I wasn't up. My father was there. He told me it rang, the delivery man didn't ask him personally for a signature and left the parcel outside for us to look for it, he seemed to be in a hurry. Only, my downstairs neighbour was also waiting for a parcel I think, and they were delivered at the same time (what a coincidence!), so on the parcel tracker it says: "Name of recipient: <name of my neighbour>". Technically, I'm not related to him by name, except that he's my neighbour. Will this pass if there is an investigation?
