I am from Italy. Under 400 with EB and aged account with orders I got it in 3 business days. Interesting that by contacting other countries stuff may be easier.

Unless its instant - up to 14 days for orders under 400 euro - about 21 for more than that
That is using traditional DNA, EB or PEB methods.
Italy:
Under 400euro - 3 bussiness days (EB with aged acc with orders)

Also since I'd love to try that German reps again, is anyone familiar with the method that works so fast on them? I believe that this might happen due to Germany being one of the biggest country's in EU and maybe they are being spammed with request just before holiday.

In Spain, refunds from -200 are instantaneous if you wait one day from the delivery of the same from 200 and more they put you problems to make the refund and the ADN does not work.

There are no hard and fast rules.

It depends on the complexity of the assessment, the amount of details that need to be collected and whether the Investigation Is attended to In a timely manner.
