Amazon Now X-Ray Packages? - Ashitbag - 12-20-2022

Just tried to refund something and was told the pack was X-rayed and weighed so it could not have been an empty box. Was I just lied to by an unscrupulous Indian, or do they actually do that now?
Also asking for a PR for an item worth less than €150.

I've never heard such bullshit in my life, they definitely don't x-ray packages.

I tried. It didn't work. They asked for a PR. For an item worth less than €150. Tried with many agents. All said the same.

They will remain adamant with the PR, and the claim will not move forward until It's filed.

That's a reason why I started opting for phone calls rather than chat when SEing Amazon: that way, reps won't have my previous conversations with them readily available in front of their eyes.
