Need help with Asos - xVita - 12-16-2022

Hey there
So I recently did a DNA on Asos and the live chat support confirmed that I will get refunded
however I got an email which contains the following:
After an assessment of your account, we’ve made the decision to not process your claim as your account activity is not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Your account has been deactivated and we’ve made the decision to not accept any further orders from you. In the event that any orders are placed on a new or any associated accounts they will be automatically cancelled and your account and any associated accounts will be deactivated, as per our Terms and Conditions.

To dispute any lost funds, we recommend contacting your payment provider separately. Your payment provider may be in touch with ASOS and we'll be able to provide information to them regarding your account to support their investigations.
Your payment provider may issue a repayment to you. However, please be aware that ASOS has no responsibility for any decision made by your payment provider.

What should I do to get the refund?
I'm a little bit lost :/

I would go back into chat. You've already had success with the chat once, try it again. Keep raising the claim that it didn't arrive and that you aren't going to be paying for something you didn't receive.

Looks like your account has been banned so unlikely you will get it approved.
Was there a part in the email saying that your emails will not be answered.
Would think your associated email would also been blocked for asos chat.

Quote:your account activity is not in line with our Terms and Conditions.
^ This Is what's caused the Issue.

Tell them to clarify It.

Good move.

They must justify their decision with details as to why your account breached their terms. Please reply when you receive their response.

Was this on a fresh account, or an aged account with previous orders?

They replied with the same answer as above. Just copy pasted the last Email and put this into it:
As we’re unable to help you further with this, any emails received about this matter will be automatically closed with no response.

Ridiculous.

Request an escalation on the grounds that their decision to deactivate/close your account Is Inconclusive.

I tried and got this answers in the live chat....

Unfortunately I have no further information apart from what is in the email.
You received 2 emails in English.
One today and the other on Friday December 16th.

And the emails just said what I already mentioned...
