From the past year or two I really enjoyed Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Odd Taxi, Golden Kamuy...
Castlevania was pretty good too, though it's not anime in the traditional sense.

Isekai : Tensura, Overlord, Reincarnated as a Sword, Skeleton Knight in another world and Parallel World Pharmacy
Romance : Horimiya and Kaguya sama love is war
Other : Spy X Family, and How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom
I think those anime are pretty nice tho

Definitely share. I haven't seen as many blockbusters past couple years. Might have been the pandemic.
I haven't seen Spy x Family or Kakegurui yet but they had good reviews.
