EB quest 2 - InternetRockStar - 11-22-2022
My new quest is arriving very soon.
I'm going to claim EB but want to make sure I don't say anything stupid and want to be certain. I am just claiming the box is completely empty correct? and if I am asked if the box was damaged. I'm unsure?

I guess there's still a chance they'll think it was a manufacturing error instead of a warehouse one

My English is not the best and I was honestly just over excited, I read your guide I just confused the word parcel with packaging :/

I went back and read deeper into comments to see how long I should be waiting and I realised my mistake.
Hopefully they mess up more than me and call it a manufacturer error as you said but either way I will not be making mistakes like this in the future.

They emailed me back 10 minutes ago saying they're waiting on an update from the logistics team and the specialized team is trying their absolute best to get to the bottom of my issue.
I'm going to wait and see if they respond with anything else. As for the future I will definitely be researching properly before making stupid mistakes like this. Thanks for your help here

And since you received a Meta Quest 2 box, can you also send us a picture of it showing the device's serial number as well? Meta Quest 2 box serial number is a 14 character code that starts with "-----".
Should I say I threw the box out because it was empty? Or do i comply? Pretty worried it is over now.
