does anyone know if apple empty box still works?
5 months ago it was working and u was able to EB ip 13 pro max without police report.

idk but 5 months ago it was working well, just 2 photos of the empty package, after a week u got confirmation of the refund

Yes they will.

My previous post refers to Items that exceed the EB/missing Item method weight limit.

i believe if you push for a replacement you won´t need a pr for airpods

You don't even need to push for replacement. They aren't doing pr's for airpods.
