H&M DNA - szominik - 11-09-2022
Yo boyz.
Trying to do DNA on 130$ order from HM
The package did not require a signature, and I also received it in my hands.
Already wrote to them and they started investigation.
The currier is texting me to ask neighb's and also he said that "The gps location shows that the package was delivered in your block. The manager asks if there is any monitoring in the block and how much was the package worth?"
Should I reply to him? Or just wait for a response from HM?

"Delivered In your block" doesn't mean It's your house, hence they're asking to check with the neighbours.

H&M usually just refund through chat, surprised they are even investigating. I'd only respond to H&M themselves, you'll more than likely get the refund if you stick to the story.

Did them recently, it was pretty easy UK under 200

That might be why then , should be easier UK and US , will let y’all know .
