I'll update in a few days because we know how these chat reps lie and even will tell you a false name.

I always think of that Seinfeld episode with the parking where George goes "I'll die out here" whenever I do a SE refund.  You have to think like that when they try to play tough.

Update already. 5 minutes later got an email they cant refund unless i send item back. So I had to get nasty. I swear I live for this more than getting the item free. This time i just took credit and we will see in a few hours if it works or I get to go even more nuclear.

Se refunds and mental health problems are a match made in heaven.
