Amazon de AirPods Pro method - Georgesalo - 10-24-2022

Hello today after a long time lurker I decide to try my first se, the item I ordered is air pods pro , I live in a small Europe country which they deliver your order on your or you pick it from the store….
So if I understand correct for this item EB method is the best, item arrives and contact live chat and tell them the airpods with case was missing???? I just want some tips and answers to give them ….i will fully update the post when the item arrives

there are many posts about it. The most important thing When claiming EB is that “THE PACKAGING WAS UNDAMAGED, BOX LOOKED BRAND NEW, all the seals were in tact”. I you provide them with those details its 99% that you’ll receive your money back.

Correct.

Simply say that upon opening the box, the AirPods and charging case were missing and leave It at that - do not provide anymore details than you need to.

Today delivered , my dad opened the door and took it from the delivery guy, no signature or anything needed…anyway so EB it? Or dna it?
Some months old account with one legit Order and paid Amazon prime

So I Say that the case with the AirPods is missing, the package was fully closed with the plastic wrap make it seem like it’s company’s fault?

Status is still out for delivery…
