Although their customer service Is rather poor, anything under $20 Is a very simple process to refund.

I was thinking I higher value item. Maybe a Volcano vaporiser. That site has a lot to choose from.

Pretty sure most shops on AE offer "insurance" for their shipping, if you purchase that it should be rather easy to get a refund, most delivery aren't signed for
