bose fail? - kurdio - 10-13-2022
recently tried the bose quiet comforts 2, but i was told the weight was correct and the "team" managing my order comfirmed they were inside. i was told to contact ups, any input?

Tell them to provide proof about the items being in the box and the exact weight.

just some context i did clarify multiple times that there was no damage on the box and the order is via paypal (i have multiple purchases via paypal but i am currently disputing the quest 2)

Did you order from Bose directly? And are they liable about lost shipments?

What did you exactly said ? That the whole item was missing (earbuds+case) ?
Do they have a whattsap service ? Maybe try there this time.
