DNA help needed - ochjadd - 10-12-2022

A couple of weeks ago I claimed DNA on a 1200$ order. The driver showed up my house to ask some questions about the delivery, the problem is that a family member opened the door and he told the driver that he doesn't know of any package not being delivered.
I contacted the company again and they said that they contacted the delivery company to open an investigation.
A day later I get another email from the customer service stating the following:

"FedEx wrote me back saying Courier went back and recipient confirmed they have the package."

What would be the best move to still get the refund?
(The delivery was fake signed btw)

The driver's word holds no value to verify receipt of goods.

Tell the company that nothing of the sort took place on your end.

Seems interesting. Where any pics where taken upon delivery? How was it delivered? Dropped at your door?

The only "proof of delivery" the company send me after the fedex investigation was an image from fedex which showed that the package was marked as delivered and the fake signature that has no links to my name whatsoever. So I guess they haven't taken any pics upon delivery.

Perfect DNA material. The process takes longer because of the value.

After the company sent me the "proof of shipment" I told them that I never signed for any package and that my signature doesn't look anything like the one they sent me. The company responded with an email stating that another investigation will be started and that it will take 1-2 weeks. In the same e-mail the company also stated the following:
"I will also send you an attachment shortly in which you must sign for not receiving the package"

This is an success indicatior right? What kind of attachment can this be?

A day later I received an e-mail from the company in which the company stated the following:
"See FedEx's response here:
FedEx wrote me back saying Courier went back and recipient confirmed they have the package.
From what I can hear, FedEx confirms that they have delivered the package. I find the description a bit on the vague side so I asked for more clarification. I'll be back with an answer as soon as possible."

I'm still waiting for another e-mail which will give me more clarification.

Usually, yes.

Could just be an affidavit for company use to clarify in their records.
