Quote:Assuming they drop the box at my porch without a signature (common) and I contact Bestbuy, do they usually launch investigations?
The DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not.

Quote:If they require a signature I’ll simply return it… or say it wasn’t my signature, kind of debating.
A signature Is a useless form of delivery verification.

Simply fake sign It.

Quote:Is 2 DNA’d from Bestbuy and UPS enough to launch any type of investigation?
As said, the nature of the DNA triggers an Investigation, regardless of the amount you've hit.

FedEx, didn't need to sign, and 489.99, no investigation, DNA worked flawlessly. Worked for me as of last week at least.

Well done.

Thankfully they didn't bother Investigating the whereabouts of the package, as well as GPS/tracking records - which In most cases they do.

Not always.

At times, claims are approved at the rep's discretion.

You're under no obligation to answer to him.

Logic has It, It's perfectly fine.

Perfect to DNA It.

The driver took It upon himself to dump the package on the porch and not follow Instructions to get a signature, so that's a huge advantage for you.

Contact them the next day and say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Has been “escalated to their back team” and are supposed to email me within 7-10 business days. I’ll definitely wait on using the item till I hear back.

I asked if something can be done now, he insisted I need to wait.
Will update when I hear back!
Yes, you need to wait for the escalation team to complete their assessment.

If you don't hear back, contact them and ask where your claim stands.
