Hollister best method to EU. - dowi94 - 10-03-2022

Hello!

I am starting on this forum and i hope to help you and collaborate with my "little" knowledge, i am still learning.

I have a order from Hollister to EU (Spain) of 590€ - 14 items.

Some people recommend my EB but EB with 14 items and around 3kg should work ok on Hollister? Or better i say that receive 2 items of 14?
I dont like DNA due in my country the UPS guy come back to pick the door and say "i give the package to you" and its a "hard" situation for me.

Any advice? Maybe FTID V3?

Claiming 3kg of missing goods? Moreover, what's the likelihood of a picking & packing error with 14 Items? I'll answer It for you - "zero".

Whoever you spoke with, has no Idea on how the EB method Is structured.

Hollister Is difficult to deal with at the best of times.

They claim they're not liable for lost shipments.

If you're planning to SE the lot In one hit, the DNA Is the only option, but from another company that's liable for lost shipments.

Which rate should be better? I dont want DNA because UPS guy will come back to investigate.

I just did Hollister last week for an order of 320€ (6 articles) and it was easy as hell. I just contacted their Twitter at HollisterCoHelp, claimed DNA and got refunded instantly (received it 24hrs after). They most certainly didn't even contact the transporter.

Im from Spain too but the guy from UPS has never come to my house, now you have scared me haha, have you done a lot of back-to-back refunds and the guy comes to your house because of that?

In my case FIRST TIME, that i say DNA, Ups guy come with him supervisor to my home, and says that he remember my house and he come here and give the package to me.
