Be careful. just bought one to do them and they've changed the box size and also have fast response times now so they're on it. I haven't tried to EB it yet but I think it'll fail now

Actually, a guy I know got his "refund or replacement" email half a day after starting the EB process, although he has yet to receive it, but it seems like it's still working

that is quite unfortunate I just received my quest 2. I'm not sure if I should try to EB or just DNA. I can't seem to find Meta's policy for DNA orders.
