JBL Headset DNA - vloud100 - 09-23-2022

i ordered a 250euro jbl headset and i want to DNA it.
i still dont know which shipping company they use but their site says DPD and for sending back its UPS.
i looked at their shipping terms and it states the following: From the moment the Product is delivered to the Customer, the risk of loss or damage to the Product will pass to the Customer.

does this mean theyre liable for DNA?

It means when the package Is delivered to you, you're liable for the lost/damaged shipment.

The vulnerability Is "The moment the Product Is delivered to the Customer".

You can DNA It on the grounds that It wasn't "delivered to you". Sure, tracking will demonstrate the GPS coordinates of your address, but It doesn't mean the package was In fact dropped off. Who's to say the driver didn't take It with him? Or perhaps he threw It over the fence In the neighbour's house?

would it still be possible if the driver hands it to me and asks to sign? where i live they never leave it on the porch.

Absolutely.

The driver's word holds no value to verify receipt of goods. Obviously fake sign It.

Be sure the fake signature Is somewhat legible. As such, the name will not be associated to yours, hence "you" did not sign the delivery.

he left the package outside without getting a sign or anything. ez dna? should i contact them tomorrow?
