Amazon DNA method - Aleeh - 09-08-2022

Hello guys, imma go straight to the point, i'm looking to DNA the new IPhone 14, i recently did a post asking about what method would be the best to refund it and get it for free, and apparently DNA should be the best.

I never DNA before, i'm here to ask if someone could help me understanding the process, like, i just have to tell amazon that i never received the package, and that's all? That simple?

Sorry for the english and in case sorry if imma do a lot of questions, but it's 1.4k EUR and i wanna be sure to do everything as i should. Amazon account is 7+ years with tons of orders ( if that matters )

No, it's hardly going to be that simple.
Amazon's grown a little smarter, especially when it comes to Apple goods. They'll most probably ask for a police report.

i thought about buying a dummy and use that method but never tried, do you have any method that you would suggest to use?

They often check sealed boxes, especially when it comes to Apple products.

In short, after you've received the package, contact the company the next day and tell them that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

i understood that, but how can I claim that the packet did not arrive? I have a camera in front of the gate which can see me taking the package and they can also ask the courier if i have answered to the intercom and told him to leave the package in front of the house (where the camera can see me).
So im asking how can I avoid that because if the police will investigate (since I will have to do a pr) they will see the cameras.
Would it be better to do an EB? Talkin about an iphone/mackbook on amazon.

Simply turn off your cameras on the day of delivery.

The driver's word holds no value to verify receipt of goods.
