A S/N that I just started today, I was in live chat and they said they need to call me back and can't proceed until so. They called me not long ago and everything turned out well, stuck to the story, tried to act a lil bit panicked but collected. It was stressful, I can't lie i was a bit shaky but now that I got passed that I feel much more confident. Just waiting on an email and I'll update if I'm successfull. Item cost is around 600€ RE: SE a call-back - mothered - 08-29-2022 (08-28-2022, 05:19 PM)Karyzelka Wrote: I used the disposed of faulty item method. the rep on the phone said that they need the device to investigate, I tried talking him out of it and he said that he'll see what he can do, and to send him a POP which I photoshoped.Understood.
