Amazon order of £5000 - poolepoole596 - 08-25-2022

Hello,

I have a Amazon order totaling £5000 and would like to refund it. It was for 2 laptops weighing 4.2kg in total.
Can anyone provide the best possible method for this, I was thinking wrong item received but don't know if my order is too much for that

That expensive of an order will be tough.

Dna is always option but but a pr will be required.

Boxing the return is als an option. I sure @mothered would have god advice.

Doubt they won't require an OTP, so you can't do DNA, or it could've been the easiest way out (with a PR)

Wrong item could be doable, but you should've already ordered the wrong item as they're supposed to arrive on the same day or close by

For both laptops?

If so, It's extremely unlikely, If not Impossible, that a picking & packing error was made with two laptops for the said value on the same order.

Thank you for your replies. I guess the best way would be to make a return back to them right?

It depends if it was sold and shipped by Amazon or an external seller.
If it was an external/third party seller it is very unlikely.
With Amazon, you could FTID it or LIT method it if you have access to an insider.

Both items were sold and shipped by Amazon. I was thinking to FTID or LIT but the waiting time is 30+ days and I'm getting no label from Amazon at all. I heard in the past they used to give a UPS pick up label but not for this order

They should absolutely give you a UPS label or a return label if you initiate the return through the Amazon portal. Even flagged accounts that have done prior refunds get this. If the system doesnt automatically generate one, try contacting customer service.

FTID is your best bet for the return center.

I can’t lie 2 laptops is a bit unbelievable but doing DNA is ur best bet.

One would be better imo.

Shoot ur shot if it goes south say you found it.
