Amazon GPU SE PR required - Gear5KB - 08-24-2022
Hi, I am trying to SE a GPU by saying DNA but the chat agent said
"Based on the results of our investigation results,We won’t be able to provide a replacement/refund for this order at this time. I would like to request you to file a complaint with the local authorities. Please contact us with the URL to the online police report regarding this incident and the name of the related police department for us to take further action."
This is a normal request for a PR right? I should just go ahead and file it right?

what store did you SE from amazon? if amazon yes it is standard file PR in person or online. depending on your location

What happens when u file an online PR. Does the police acc investigate or no? It’s my first SE with PR so a bit nervous but I filled an online one out yesterday and received a temp case number and about an hour ago I got a call from the case manager or something and she asked for my name, and other info regarding the delivery such as tracking number and etc. I gave it to her and now received my permanent case number so I’ll contact Amazon again in a few hours.

I've only experienced less than a handful of occasions where the police Investigated It further.
