EB Failures - WLT17 - 08-20-2022

EB is usually extremely easy but i have experienced a lot of failures recently.
Samsung rejected my claim for a watch
Sony rejected my claim for earbuds
Farfetch rejected my claim for a pendant
Not sure whats going on. Maybe i am doing something wrong or companies are just cracking down on EB now / bad luck.

What evidence are they providing you with?

Who have you had recent success with in a eb claim?

They might've started installing and/or checking the footage of CCTV placed along the production line, thus they're 100% sure everything is packed correctly and empty boxes are impossible

Literally none but saying they carried out checks.
I have been successful many time with EB before.

All saying they carried out checks and that the package wasn't tampered with/was in the box/ shipping weight did not change etc

None, but of course i pushed for evidence but they're being extremely stubborn.

Did you already attempt the stores before or did you just wing it?
