Ordered Valentino shoes & Canada goose body warmer

Doing PayPal dispute stating items damaged.

They’re asking for a document from third party stating the extent of the damage and how it differs from the item advertised.

Basically need to make a fake invoice stating the items were damaged etc

So just looking for a bit of advice or if there are any decent templates out there that I could follow.

There are no specifics with a given document - every third party entity differs In the way It's written and formatted, so simply Photoshop It.

Do note that It's likely PayPal will cross-check It.

Have a friend provide his phone number, so PP will call him to verify the invoice and he'll just confirm it

Very good shout or just use burner number and you confirm it.
