CarID SE help - nfrS2K - 07-26-2022

Hello,

I'm thinking of SE CarID for suspension parts. The item will be in a box a few feet in length, width, height, and probably more or less than 50lbs.
no way EB works or probably even PEB. Perhaps claim DNA thru Paypal? another note, the items is around 2.3k
Any suggestions on how to SE this?

Do note that PayPal tends to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation. Why not DNA CarID directly? That's provided they're liable for lost shipments.

I see. I wouldnt mind doing it directly thru them, but I'm scared they might call my bluff and tell me to fuck off since its such a high priced item and its quite large.

The same can happen If you went through PayPal.

It's not good practice to have a negative approach before the SE has a chance to begin. Be confident right from the get-go, and you'll find a lot can be achieved - which can make all the difference In acquiring a favorable outcome.

Thanks for the advice mothered! i placed my CarID order a couple days ago and gonna try DNA and stick with my guns. order is around $800 so ill let you know how it goes!

You can start a claim on the website for lost packages and they’ll send a replacement while dealing with the courier, best to go through that than ask for a refund straight away
