Dys on Airwrap
Have any of you done any SE on these, and do they have SN to ect do a warranty on it?
Worst case, we can do DNA.
Would like to get this for my girlfriend.
Any tips is appreciated

We do have some stores in my country thats offering the item.
My thoughts is actually buy the item from store and claim warranty from dyson directly.
I dont mind hitting them directly.

Dyson directly with the SN method but can be tricky. Otherwise Sephora with DNA. Their carrier is FleetOptics and is well known for giving subpar service, it’s by far the easiest method of the two.

They cant argue against you getting told by the store to go to the manufacturer of the product, since its serveral times this has happen. i assume

Ah they might not carry it depending on which country you’re in. In that case Dyson direct is a good bet but likely to be more difficult. They have no issues giving out RMAs as long as you have a valid SN and an invoice, doesn’t matter where you bought it.
